Country Regional Network (CRN) tender - TfNSW-MS-122019-CRN

The Country Regional Network (CRN) Operations & Maintenance Deed (O&M Deed) is due to expire. TfNSW intends to conduct an open market process for the next O&M Deed.

 The tender documentation will be available after RFT release on Wednesday, 18 December 2019 through the data room, where access will be provided only to bona fide service providers that have completed the registration process.

Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

To register your interest and obtain instructions on how to access the data room, complete the attached Deed of Disclosure, Supplier Confidentiality Deed Poll and Proponent Registration Form and return to: crntender@transport.nsw.gov.au.

 Once completed documentation has been received, details on how to access the RFT document in the data room from Wednesday, 18 December 2019 will be sent to registered parties via their email. TfNSW will at its sole discretion determine who has access to the data room.
