Tender Details

This procurement relates to the delivery of Home Builders Compensation Fund (HBCF) for a Claims Insurance Management System (“CIMS”).

It is anticipated that services would relate to ICT Cloud and Professional Services.

Specifically, it will support the strategic objectives of icare HBCF:

1.     Simplify our processes.

a.     Enhanced capacity for secure, reliable, easy to use self-service capability.

b.     Deliver services when our customers need them, 24/7, 365 days a year.

2.     Make our customer information available to our customers.

a.     Enhanced direct to market capacity, enabling customers to access claims and policy information whenever, wherever, and however its best suits them without reliance on third party distributors.

b.     Provide easy to understand information so our customers can make informed, evidence-based decisions.

3.     Elevate the performance of our service providers.

c.     By making it easier to do business with us, we reduce costs and transactional friction.

d.     Leading to better outcomes for customers at a lower price point while maintaining quality.

e.     Increasing the desirability of service providers to work with icare HBCF.

The platform is approaching end of life and is currently under extended warranty. There is a need to obtain new and up to date support systems with full coverage that will ensure service to claims customers are maintained well into the future.
