Installing new air conditioning units to the nominated learning spaces and associated electrical works as part of the Cooler Classrooms Program
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

Electronic Tender Box Security
During the lodgement process all submitted responses received successfully are encrypted by the system for security and stored securely in the web site “electronic tender box”. All responses that are received can only be accessed, un-encrypted and opened after the RFT has officially closed. This is done though a controlled Tender Opening process managed by the Agency’s Tender Opening Committee.

1.As noted in the Tender invite, a Non-Mandatory Pre-Tender Meeting will be held at the following schools on Thursday 22 April 2021:
i.Weston Public School @ 8:00am
ii.Cessnock East Public School @ 9:30am
iii.Cessnock West Public School, @ 10:30am
iv.Mount View High School @ 11:30am
2.Attendance is still advised for all contractors although this isn’t a mandatory meeting
3.Due to COVID-19 CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE is required via the email to Phillip Moy at Phillip.firstname.lastname@example.org as per (Addendum 01) by 12:00pm Wednesday the 21/04/2021, including schools to be attended and attendees. A maximum of 2 people from each company can attend.
