Sydney Metro is inviting Expressions of Interest for the Sydney Metro West Independent Certifier Services.
Independent Certifier (IC) will certify:
- Design Stage 3 (i.e. that approved for construction designs have been completed in accordance with contractual scope and requirements); and
- Construction phase services including the key milestones, portions and construction completion) have been delivered in accordance with their contracts including the Foundation Infrastructure Works (FIW) completion for the delivery packages.

Conditions for Participation
Submission of a duly executed Confidentiality Deed Poll does not automatically entitle Registrants to receive a copy of the Sydney Metro West Independent Certifier Invitation for Expressions of Interest. A Registrant's entitlement to receive a copy of the Sydney Metro West Independent Certifier Invitation for Expressions of Interest remains at the sole discretion of Sydney Metro.
