Bankstown YMCA – Roof Replacement & Ventilation - T14-21

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for removal and replacement of existing roof & the supply and installation of new roof ventilation

Please see the full description of the service required in section 3 of the RFT.  

Council will conduct a compulsory briefing for potential Tenderers to be held as follows:

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

In the event that Council deems, at its sole discretion, that an insufficient number of potential Tenderers have attended the site meeting to result in a competitive tender, Council reserves the right to open the tender process to any Tenderer and waive the compulsory briefing requirement.
