Hurlstone Park Community Space - T77-21

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T77-21 Hurlstone Park Community Space.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

Works include construction of community building including building and fit outs; civil, electrical, mechanical and landscaping works. Minor drainage works, footpath and small parking lot for three cars and medium duty cross over is also included in the tender.

Development Application has been approved for these works. Construction Certificate needs to be obtained.

Geotechnical report for the site revealed possibility of presence of potential acid sulfate soil. Excavation and stockpiles need to be monitored for acid sulfate soil during construction. In case acid sulfate soil is encountered, remediation of the soil as recommended in the report or safe disposal will be carried out at contractor’s expense.

Compulsory tender briefing will be held on site at 10:30am on 15 June 2021 at 35-41 Crinan Street, Hurlstone Park, NSW 2193.
