Comprehensive Maintenance of CBC Lifts - T61-23

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for Tender No. T61- 23 Comprehensive Maintenance of CBC Lifts.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. Refer to appendices which are separately attached to this document. 

Site Inspection Details
2 non-compulsory site inspections will be held by Council at: 

9am on 9 May at Campsie Administration Building rear parking, 137 Beamish Street, Campsie for the following site:

• Campsie Admin Building, Belmore Sports Ground, Lakemba Library, Riverwood Community Centre, Riverwood Library

9am on 10 May at Memorial Oval, 195 Chapel Rd, Bankstown for the following sites: 

• Bankstown Arts Centre, Marion Street Car Park, Memorial Oval, KelsoSoccer Club, Women’s and Children’s Health Centre

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.
