Tender Details

The Service Provider is responsible for providing Call Centre Services to the Principal in respect of the Project, including management of calls to the Project 1-800 community information line. The number of calls each day is currently in the range of 5-10 and/or could be over

Quality call centre services that provide 24/7 access to project information, complaints management and updated local works information relating to all 3 Sydney Metro projects.
