Internal audit for Grants Management Office The purpose of this internal audit is to provide an independent assessment of risk management processes, and review and evaluate the Grants Management Office’s approach to acquitting infrastructure projects. This will require the consultant to conduct an independent review of one hundred infrastructure project acquittals, including supporting documentation and site visit reports. The consultant will also be required to review and evaluate the risk framework applied to projects. As this is the initial internal audit of acquittals conducted by the Grants Management Office, the scope will be refined during the engagement period. The consultant will draw on their demonstrated experience of providing audit, risk management, governance, financial analysis, acquittal or evaluation services to the NSW Government within the context of grants management. Essential criteria for this engagement include: • Full prequalification on the Performance and Management Services Scheme (SCM0005) under engagement type 6a Internal and External Audits • Insurances as stipulated in RFT – Part B Response Form • Compliance with NSW Procurement Policy Framework and other relevant policies to the supply of the Service Key deliverables for this project are: • Audit of one hundred SCCF infrastructure project acquittals • Evaluation of the risk framework performance • Draft and final reports including the analysis, findings, conclusions and recommendations of the internal audit • Meetings with RNSW staff to discuss audit inception, progress and findings RNSW believes a 6 – 8-week program is a suitable engagement duration. |

Full prequalification on the Performance and Management Services Scheme (SCM0005) under engagement type 6a Internal and External Audits, Insurances as stipulated in RFT – Part B Response Form and Compliance with NSW Procurement Policy Framework and other relevant policies to the supply of the Service. Tenderers who submit a tender response and are not, at the time of submission, a prequalified supplier will be excluded from the evaluation process.
