Periodic and Reactive Maintenance of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems – Council Owned Properties - T29-21

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the periodic and reactive maintenance of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems of Council owned properties. 

• Separable Portion 1 (SP1): Periodic Maintenance of HVAC systems of Council owned properties. 

• Separable Portion 2 (SP2): Reactive Maintenance of HVAC systems of Council owned properties. 

Council may award part or whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or to a panel of Tenderers. 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender.
