Tender Details

This RFT offers the Network Replacement Procurement Consultancy Services opportunity as one program of work in three (3) Phases. At present, UTS anticipates that Phase 1 reflects procurement activity required to deliver an implementation partner, Phase 2 reflects procurement activity required to deliver a managed services partner, whilst Phase 3 relates to discretionary supply of network equipment and services as needed.

The successful respondent will enter a UTS Professional Services Agreement for all phases of the procurement program and immediately commence Phase 1 work. However, UTS will maintain a discretion whereby each proceeding phase of work will be undertaken subject to vendor performance for previous phase(s), the outcomes of the previous phase of work, and UTS business needs at the time.

Respondents to this tender should note that, if successful, the respondent will be prohibited for the purposes of probity from participation in enterprise network tenders resulting from any phase of this procurement program. A mandatory requirement of this tender is that respondents confirm their acceptance of this stipulation in their tender response.
