Scheme Details
SCM0012 Talent Acquisition Prequalification Scheme (Scheme) has been established on behalf of NSW Government for the provision of services to support the sourcing, assessing and selection of talent for temporary and ongoing roles, including executive roles. The Scheme is managed by NSW Procurement and is open to applications at any time.
The Scheme includes four categories with associated products and services:
- Design and Delivery of Assessments
- Talent Search
- Psychometric Tools
- Recruitment Technologies
This Scheme is intended to:
- allow Government to engage suppliers with less red tape
- make it easier for Suppliers to do business the NSWG, in particular small and medium enterprises and regional businesses
- “open up” the contractual arrangements to more Suppliers
- better leverage the available talent pool and assessment services that industry can offer
- preserve the Government’s position of leverage within the marketplace; and
- be respectful of associated risk.

The Applicant must complete all steps of the application process by answering all mandatory questions. Please pay attention to the specific requirements and instructions for each question and always refer to the Scheme Rules. Once all questions have been answered, submit your application online.
*It is recommended that the applicant submit the application from a generic/proxy email address (such as tenders@###.com) that the relevant people in your organisation will have access to. Tendering opportunities will be sent to the email address that submitted the application.

TAS-Talent Acquisition Scheme Questionnaire

Organisation details
Please provide the date when your organisation was established (as mentioned on ASIC website and/or Australian Business Register / ABN Lookup website).
If your entity type is a Trust (please refer to clause 11.6 of the scheme rules) you must provide the name of your trustee.
Application
Insurance
$5 million Public Liability Insurance is the mandatory minimum for prequalification of the scheme. Please upload a current copy of the brokers certificate of currency for Public Liability Insurance and provide the insurance expiry date in the space provided. The policy of insurance must be as per requirements in clause 16 of the Scheme Conditions. The Name of the Insured organisation that is stated on the policy must be the Applicant’s legal entity name provided in full of the associated ABN that is on the application of this scheme.
$5 million Professional Indemnity Insurance is the mandatory minimum for prequalification of the scheme. Please upload a current copy of the brokers certificate of currency for Professional Indemnity Insurance and provide the insurance expiry date in the space provided. The policy of insurance must be as per requirements in clause 16 of the Scheme Conditions. Workers Compensation insurance is mandatory for prequalification of the scheme (see clause 13 of the Scheme Rules).
Upload a current certificate of currency for Workers' Compensation Insurance and enter the insurance expiry date in the space provided.
The Name of the Insured organisation that is stated on the policy must be the Applicant’s legal entity name provided in full of the associated ABN that is on the application of this Scheme.

You are receiving this email as a service provider (prequalified or being considered for prequalification) on the NSW Government's Prequalification Scheme: Executive Search (the Scheme).
Review of the Scheme
The Public Service Commission (PSC), in consultation with NSW Procurement, has commenced a review of the Scheme to evaluate its effectiveness, use by the sector and its terms and conditions. ln order to finalise the review the Scheme has been extended for a period of twelve months to 30 June 2018.
It is intended to provide further information to service providers via an industry briefing to be held in July 2017. lnvitations will be sent to service providers when the event arrangements are finalised.
lmportant notice regarding recruitment advertising requirements
The Scheme conditions (ltem 15.6) requires print advertisements to be booked through the NSW Government's Media Agency. The NSW Government's Media Agency is ZenithOptimedia via the ADCell booking system. Service providers are not to book executive search print advertisements - this function is to be undertaken by Agencies.
ln addition, all recruitment advertising is to comply with NSW Government advertising guidelines. Those guidelines provide for the use of NSW Government and/or Agency logos and I Work for NSW employment branding.
The Government's Media Agency with ensure that all print advertisements comply with the Government's guidelines.

Please note that the Pre-Qualification Scheme: Executive Search (SCM0227) will be paused on 3pm Friday 23 March, 2018. The Scheme is currently undergoing a review.
New applications and/or changes to existing applications will not be accepted beyond this date.
Buyers can continue using the existing Scheme suppliers for their requirements.

The Talent Acquisition Scheme (TAS Scheme 0012) replaces the Prequalification Scheme: Executive Search (SCM0227) and the Assessment Services Panel Contract (A1651200). This allows Eligible Buyers to buy a suite of products and / or services to source, assess and select talent for ongoing executive roles. The Scheme includes four categories with associated products and services. The use of the Scheme by a Customer for the procurement of these products and services is mandatory.
