(ii)   Drill, grout, supply and installation of post tensioned cable anchors (65 and 91 strand cable anchors)

State Water is seeking applications from contractors who are prepared to collaborate in an Early Tender Involvement (ETI) process.  The ETI process is designed to assist both the Principal and the Contractor in the delivery of this project.  The ETI process is aimed at engaging with potential tenderers at the earliest possible time to obtain their collective input into the constructability of the works and final contract.  Whilst State Water will be contracting with a well developed design, it will be looking for tenderers’ ideas and innovation on how to enhance the contract, particularly in how the risks have been identified and allocated in the draft contract document and whether or not tenderers believe that is the most efficient approach for this project
