Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Overhaul of Ferry 48 Sackville - 23.0000129385.0447

Ferry 48 needs to undergo major overhauling to comply with Australian Maritime and Safety Authority (AMSA) survey requirements and to improve the reliability of service. Scope of works include services for Ferry Overhauling, including but not limited to labour and material to slip and un-slip the vessel, removal of oil residues, removal and fitting of ferry components, removal and refitting of sea tow equipment, and labour and plant necessary to remove and reposition main tow flaps.

  A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 12:00PM on Monday 22nd May 2023 at 68 Mileham Street, South Windsor NSW 2756.

Tenderers may attend the pre-tender meeting in person, or via Microsoft Teams. A link to join will be sent to the attendees.

Attendance to the pre-tender meeting (in-person or virtually) is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender.

Tenderers must confirm their attendance for the pretender meeting (in-person or virtually) by 12PM Friday 19th May 2023 by emailing Karissa.Yau@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating ‘Pretender meeting attendance confirmation – 23.0000129385.0447 Overhaul of Ferry 48 Sackville.

Attendance to the pre-tender meeting is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender. 

An optional site visit will be held at 10:30AM on Monday 22nd May 2023 at Sackville Ferry Road. Attendance is highly encouraged.
