Tenders are invited for the construction only of at-property architectural treatments along Bringelly Road between King Street, Rossmore and The Northern Road, Bringelly (Bringelly Road Stage 2), The Northern Road between Peter Brock Drive, Oran Park and Mersey Road, Bringelly (The Northern Road Stage 2) and The Northern Road between Glenmore Parkway, South Penrith and Jamison Road, Penrith (The Northern Road Stage 3).

Participation in the tender process is limited to the companies already registered in the NAP Architectural Treatment (Builders’) panel.

No Pre-tender meeting is scheduled for this RfT.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) and NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
