WaterNSW has prepared a Process and Confidentiality Deed Poll in respect of the Expression of Interest (EOI) process that is being conducted as part of WaterNSW’s Renewable Energy and Storage Program (Stage 2 Phase 2).
The Deed Poll broadly seeks interested parties’ acknowledgment and agreement that certain confidential information that is made available by WaterNSW as part of the EOI process will be kept safe, secure and protected against unauthorised use and will not use it for any other purpose outside of which it is intended.
It is a requirement that any interested party that is seeking to participate in the EOI process execute and return the Deed Poll to WaterNSW.
Only those companies that have returned an executed Process and Confidentiality Deed Poll will be permitted to access the EoI documentation once it is made available.

BACKGROUND
The WaterNSW Renewable Energy and Storage Program aims to facilitate private sector investment in renewable generation and/or storage projects, such as pumped hydro and windfarms. The Program will achieve this by creating a competitive process for the private sector to bid for rights to construct renewable energy generation and storage projects, including pumped hydro and windfarms, on WaterNSW’s land and water assets.
An Industry Briefing was held on 17 November 2021 in respect of Stage 2 Phase 2 of the Program.
