WaterNSW / Prospect Reservoir Outlet System Refurbishment - Stage 3 - 04020290

Refurbishment of specified components associated with the existing outlet system that will allow the Principal to carry out emergency dewatering of the reservoir via the scour outlet pipes . The refurbishment outlet system arrangement shall cater for modern operational and maintenance standards taking into account Work Health and Safety (WH&S) issues.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A MANDATORY pre tender briefing will be held commencing at 9.00am on Wednesday 26/8/2015 at the Prospect Dam Outlet Site located at one end of the dam. Access is via M4, Prospect Highway, Reservoir Road and turning left in to the private road to SWC and Water NSW facilities. The outlet is at the end of this road adjacent to the dam.

Given that this project requires specialist sub- contractors, a second site meeting is to be held susequently to enable head contractors to organise appropriate attendance of their sub-contractors to inspect the works.

It is MANDATORY for all attendees for both briefings to come equiped with the following PPE:

reflective vests, safty shoes, hard hats and harness to Australian Standards
