Tender Details

WaterNSW is seeking Expressions of Interest from the open market from parties who are interested in delivering business case and economic advisory services. These services are being delivered to Critical Significant State Infrastructure (CSSI) Regional Priority Dam projects; New Dungowan Dam & Pipeline and Mole River.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

Additional Details / Instructions

Interested Proponents must complete short-form company details, compliance with mandatory requirements and execute and return the WaterNSW non-disclosure Deed Poll by 3pm Thu 3rd Dec 2020.

Following satisfactory completion of EOI; RFT W00110388 documents will be made available for submission through Scout RFP with Industry Briefing on Mon 7th Dec 2020 and submissions by 3pm Tues 22nd Dec 2020.

Conditions for Participation

 

 

 Mandatory requirements include:

 

 

  1. Demonstrated experience in delivering water projects to the level of risk and complexity equivalent to Tier 1 and 2 as defined under the INSW investor definition framework.
  2. Demonstrated experience in developing business cases for projects under the INSW assurance gateway process.
  3. Specialist team with experience of undertaking economic appraisal for large water infrastructure projects in Australia.
  4. Capacity to allocate a dedicated team for each business case.
