WaterNSW is continuing with the early procurement phases for the Construction of the Wyangala Dam Wall Raising Project. As part of the Early Works, there is an undertaking to upgrade the existing potable water supply to the Wyangala Waters Holiday Park (WWHP) and the local community.
Generally, the scope of works proposed to achieve the Project objectives will typically include:
• the design, construction, commissioning and handover of a new 0.8ML/d Water Treatment Plant that provides potable water for;
• Wyangala Village, and
• The WWHP
Notice is hereby given that WaterNSW will be issuing formal RFT Registration documents for parties interested in the D&C Contract via the NSW Government eTendering platform on or after Monday 19 October 2020.

Additional Details / Instructions
For the Registration Process, the Respondents will be required to access the via the link quoted below. Respondents will be required to sign and return a Tender Registration Form and a Confidentiality Agreement.
Once returned to the WaterNSW Contact Officer, the supplier will then be added to the Scout RFP System and will be able to access the following information:
· Volume 1 – RFT Information
o Project Summary
o Returnable Schedules, and
o Information Documents
· Volume 2 – Construction Works Contract
o Contract
o Schedules to the Contract, and
o Statement of Works
Parties are advised that a 3-week RFT process will commence from no earlier than Monday 26 October 2020 with an expectation to execute a contract by mid December 2020.
A market briefing for registered respondents is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 28 October 2020.
Due to the project being partly funded by the Commonwealth Government, the successful Tenderer will be required to be compliant with the;
· Australian Industry Participation (AIP) National Framework,
· Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme and
· Commonwealth Code for Tendering and Performance of Building Work
