Tender Details
The proposal involves the construction and reconstruction of the Pleasant Valley Fire Trail, which have been identified as key priorities for upgrades in the Wyong Bush Fire Risk Management Plan and the Wyong Shire Council Natural Areas Bush Fire Management Plan.
The work involves the reconstruction of fire trail approximately one (1) kilometre in length and requires the removal of some vegetation (forty five (45) trees) including one (1) habitat tree. The design includes upgrading works involving concrete pavement, two coat bitumen seal and gravel surfaces including the provision of turning bays and passing areas.

Additional Details / Instructions
A mandatory Pre-Tender meeting will be held on Tuesday, 15th November 2016 at 10:00am with the meeting location to be at 40 Pleasant Valley Rd, Fountaindale.
Attendance at the pre-tender meeting is a prerequisite condition to the submission of a Tender for the Contract. A tender submitted by a Tenderer who has not attended the pre-tender meeting will not be considered.
Attendees to the pre-tender meeting are required to wear enclosed footwear, a hi-vis vest and any other PPE deemed appropriate.
