Wyong Shire Council proposes to increase the capacity of the water supply infrastructure at Mardi. The increased capacity will require additional power and enhanced reliability of electricity supply.
To satisfy these requirements, the following work is required:
Upgrading of the existing overhead feeder from Wyong North zone substation to Mardi Water Treatment Plant (Northern Section - Separable Portion 1).
Supply and installation of a new 11kV underground supply from Berkeley Vale zone substation to Mardi Water Treatment Plant (Southern Section - Separable Portion 2).
Installation of two (2) HV switching cubicles and two (2) Smart Remote Control Reclosers at Mardi Water Treatment Plant and removal of redundant network equipment. (Mardi WTP Section - Separable Portion 3).
The completion time is 50 weeks for Separable Portion 1, 40 weeks for Separable Portion 2 and 30 weeks for Separable Portion 3. Separable Portions run concurrently.
This tender is open to any Department of Fair Trading accredited Level 1 Service Provider.
