Central Coast Council / Construction of In-Ground Gross Pollutant Trap at Murrawal Road, Wyongah - CPA/268922

Supply and construct in-ground gross pollutant trap and associated works at Murrawal Road, Wyongah in accordance with supplied Project (Design) Drawings and Specification.  All work is to be carried out and completed within 15 weeks from award of contract.

The Key Deliverables for this project include:

• Preconstruction activities and documentation

• Procure Pre-cast in-ground GPT pits and other materials

• Locate and protect utility services prior to works

• Supply and implement effective safety and environmental controls and monitor during works.

• Implement Traffic and Pedestrian Control arrangements in accordance with the RTA Traffic Control at Worksites Manual

• Construct suitable all-weather vehicular access to worksite/s (without adversely affecting drainage conditions or surface flows)

• Setout works

• Physically protect and fence off Structural Root Zone (SRZ) of any nearby trees (where required)

• Carry out all required demolition works and legal off-site disposal of waste material

• Implement and maintain water diversion and/or dewatering during the works

• Carry out all necessary earthworks to achieve design levels for the new GPT system and associated works (including legal disposal of excess material to licensed landfill or recycling facility).

• Supply and construct all components for the new GPT system and associated works (i.e. DSTORM unit, risers and access lids; diversion weirs in open channel and existing stormwater pit, step irons into channel; debris control bollards, cast in-situ inlet and outlet structures; new 375dia Reinforced Concrete stormwater Pipe.

• Supply and install specified lockable gate

• Restore construction sites, storage area/s, and roadway, to pre-construction condition or better

• Work-as-Executed plans
