Tender Details
Central Coast Council intends to upgrade the road and drainage system at Murrawal Road and Kilpa Road, Wyongah. An upgrade and relocation of the water mains at this location is also required to facilitate the road and drainage works. The proposed works include new water mains and stop valves, new kerb and gutter, footpaths, road cushions, medians, a raised intersection at Kilpa Road and Cottam Road, upgraded stormwater drainage and road pavement. The proposed measures are intended to provide a safer environment for both residents and road users, as well as restore the dilapidated road pavement and improve the flow of stormwater.
Detailed designs have been developed by Council and works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved design, technical specification and applicable specifications and standards.
The contract is a Lump Sum contract. The required Completion Date for the Works is 21 December 2016. Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the Preferred Tenderer.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will commence at 11.00am on Friday 8 July 2016 at the cul-de-sac of Coolabah Road, Wyongah, which is off Murrawal Road.
Attendance at the pre-tender meeting is a prerequisite condition to the submission of a Tender for the Contract. A tender submitted by a Tenderer who has not attended the pre-tender meeting will not be considered.
