Council is seeking tenders for a period contract for the provision of In Situ Stabilisation Works within road corridors in Wyong Shire Council local Government Area. The Contract will be a Ranked Panel Contract for a period of 3 years.

 

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as the basis for entering into a separate Contract with each of the successful tenderers, on a Schedule of Rates basis. Contractors will be ranked in accordance with a “value for money” tender assessment. The panel will consist of a minimum of 2 Contractors. Allocation of the work will be in accordance with the ranking order and subject to the Contractors availability and ongoing demonstrated performance. The Quantities of work may vary significantly according to work programs and weather conditions each year.
