The project works are part of the Colongra Sporting Fields to be constructed at Lot 500, DP 755266, Scenic Drive, Colongra. Construction is anticipated to begin August 2016, with expected completion of the full facility by March 2017. The fee structure for the provision of the Services under the Contract is a lump sum plus provisional items tender.
