Construction of Gross Pollutant Traps and Myrtle Brush Park, Berkeley Vale and Oleander Street, Canton Beach
Council is upgrading existing gross pollutant traps (GPT’s) and introducing new GPT’s throughout the Shire to improve collection and containment of debris that would otherwise flow into Tuggerah Lake. The new and upgraded GPT’s are designed to minimise localised flooding and to also make ongoing maintenance more efficient and less costly. This Request for Tender is for the supply and simultaneous construction of three (3) new GPT’s at Berkeley Vale and Canton Beach in accordance with Design Plans and Specification. All work to be carried out and completed within 12 weeks from award of contract in a safe, cost effective and environmentally responsible manner. Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the Preferred Tenderer.
