On completion of the procurement activity, it is expected that Deeds of Standing Offer will be established with respondents offering the best value for money for the above items, including the quality, cost and meeting CSNSW requirements.

As part of the response, suppliers are being asked to submit samples of their products by the Request for Tender closing date and time.

Respondents are able to quote overseas-originating goods in their native currency, alongside Australian dollar (AUD) prices.

Respondents are advised that, as part of the tender process, CSNSW may select either the AUD quote or the native currency alternative in line with internal State policy guidelines.

The upcoming tender opportunity can only be accessed and responded via the Department’s end to end procurement system, Procurement Central. Any submission lodged outside of Procurement Central will not be considered by the Department.
