MJMC is a NSW Government initiative to support the care sector to invest in, train, and retain new care sector workers. MJMC Phase One seeks to support potential workers consider the care sector as viable career opportunity with a range of services to support their entry into the sector through training and skill development.

By providing a service that supports a new worker through recruitment, accreditation and training, MJMC Phase One also seeks to support services providers find the right staff for their organisation and clients, and support a more stable disability sector workforce.
