NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Replacement and Upgrade of Milk Processing Equipment - Prj_2571 - RFX Notice

A number of plant and equipment items are designated to be replaced or upgraded but not limited to the following:

1.       Pasteuriser;
2.       Homogeniser;
3.       Automation of Pasteuriser/Homogeniser and CIP Plant Process;
4.       Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) Process;
5.       Pipework Modifications including:

a.       Modification of milk supply to milk filler;

b.       Removal of redundant pipework;

c.       Modifications to accommodate new Pasteuriser/Homogeniser.

6.       Crate Washing and Sanitising Machine:

a.       Supply and install a new crate washing machine (this is to include disconnection at existing location and reconnection to new location), or;

b.       Relocation of existing crate washing and sanitising machine including electrical disconnection and reconnection to new location.

7.       Raw Milk and Water Blender;

8.      Maintenance Service Schedule for up to five (5) years post warranty.
