Tender Details

1. Transitional Supported Accommodation (TSA)

The TSA tender is seeking to appoint one or more service providers to deliver TSA services.  

TSA service providers will be required to deliver up to 12 weeks post-release accommodation and support services that align with the offender’s Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) case plan and identified criminogenic needs with a focus on coordinated case management, flexibility and innovation in service delivery. TSA Service Providers will work in partnership with CSNSW and assist with a broad range of casework activities to support the offender under the supervision of Community Corrections.

2. Extended Reintegration Service (ERS)

This ERS tender is seeking to appoint one service provider to deliver ERS services.  

The ERS is delivered through a multi-agency partnership including Community Corrections, DCJ – Housing NSW (HNSW) and South Western Sydney Local Health District and the service provider.  

Service providers will be required to deliver up to 12 months (3 months pre-release and 9 months post-release) housing and intensive support services to 20 eligible offenders per annum with significant complex needs and at risk of homelessness. Support will align with the offender’s CSNSW case plan and criminogenic needs, with a focus on coordinated cross-agency case management, flexibility and innovation in service delivery. 

The ERS Service Provider will assist to connect participants with mainstream or specialist community services that will address their criminogenic needs to increase their capacity to successfully reintegrate back into the community.
