DCJ has identified the requirement to seek quotations from the open market to create a panel to deliver training facilitation services.  The Panel will support the delivery of Leadership and other training services across the Department.

 

The Panel will be segmented into five sections as follows:

Segment 1.  DCJ Leadership Programs

Segment 2.  360-Degree Feedback and Coaching        Programs

Segment 3.  Skills and Team Building Activities, including general facilitation skills

Segment 4:  Cliftons Strengths Finder activities

Segment 5:  Child protection Facilitation services

 

DCJ is looking to build a panel of suppliers to deliver training, facilitation, and development services for different program areas to support the organisation's and its people's development.

The upcoming tender opportunity can only be accessed and responded via the Department’s end to end procurement system, Procurement Central. Any submission lodged outside of Procurement Central will not be considered by the Department.
