The Central Sydney Division of the Department of Housing has 2924 heritage properties on its s170 Register as part of the Heritage Act 1977 and in accordance with State Government requirements. The Department is intending to establish a panel of Heritage Service Providers who will be invited to quote competitively for providing services for specific heritage properties.
