NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Reactive Maintenance Panel - Attorney Generals New South Wales - AGD2008/1

The Attorney General's Department has appointed Multiplex Facilities Management to deliver Facilities Management Services to its property portfolio throughout New South Wales. The services include urgent and/or minor maintenance to buildings and building services (Reactive Maintenance).

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified companies to undertake Reactive Maintenance Works at courthouses and office facilities across New South Wales. Successful tenderers will be included on a pre-qualified panel (multi-use list) of suppliers and will be tasked via Multiplex FM's Help Desk.

NSW Regions: Central West, Far West, Hunter, Illawarra, Mid North Coast, Murray, Murrumbidgee, Northern, North Western, Richmond Tweed, South Eastern, Sydney

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.
