NSW Department of Communities and Justice / CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES - RES 434

This tender is for establishment of Fee for Service (FFS) Contractors for the provision of Contract Administration Services to the Principal across NSW for New Construction and Upgrading projects.

For New Construction Projects the FFS Contractors will be required to perform the duties of Superintendents Representative in accordance with the contract documents.

Tenderers may elect to tender for New Construction Projects in one or more contract area as outlined in tender document.

1. REGISTER FOR E-TENDERING FIRST;

2. DOWNLOAD SET OF DOCUMENTS;

3. RETURN REQUIRED COMPLETED FORMS, SCHEDULES AND SUPPORTIVE INFORMATION FOR ASSESSMENT OF YOUR SUBMISSION;

4. LODGING YOUR RESPONSE ELECTRONICALLY:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you allow sufficient time for lodgement of your response, as electronic confirmation of lodgement is not issued until all the documents in the response are fully uploaded.

If you are first time user of the E-tendering system it is recommended that you attempt to lodge your response at least 24 hours prior to the closing time so that if you experience difficulties with the lodgement the contact officer nominated may be able to assist in resolving any problems.

For large responses it may be advisable to lodge response as a number of separate responses with separate file/s instead of a single response.
