NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Audio-Visual Link (AVL) Panel - Prj_803 - RFX Notice

The Department of Communities and Justice is conducting an open market Request for Tender (RFX) to set up a panel of pre-approved Suppliers capable of the supply and installation of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing equipment and systems across the State of NSW.

Audio Visual Link (AVL) technology is an integral component across the Department used to improve service delivery, keep the community safe and protect the health and well-being of frontline staff. AVL technology is used in court rooms, tribunals, meeting rooms and correctional facilities.

The AVL RFX consists of 4 Lots with sites dispersed around New South Wales:

• Lot 1: Court Rooms
• Lot 2: NCAT Rooms
• Lot 3: Corrective Services sites
• Lot 4: Meeting Rooms/ Conference Rooms

 

The RFX includes the following service categories and scope of works.  Supply and Installation:

• Supply AVL hardware and peripherals (excluding codec and switches)
• Installation work (including cabling)
• Equipment disposal
• 12 month warranty on equipment and installation work Service and Maintenance
• Maintenance / break-fix
• End of life upgrades
• Equipment disposal

Note: Software programming (including digital signage solutions) is out of scope.

Suppliers are invited to respond to all requirements, including maintenance and break fix for single or multiple lots. Suppliers MUST respond to at least one lot.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands
