Tender Details

NOTICE REGARDING PUBLISHED TENDER 

Corrective Services NSW is seeking to engage a training provider from March 2023 to work with work with Brush Farm Corrective Services Academy (BFCSA) representatives to deliver and implement the Leadership Prepromotion Program (Manager of Security rank) to prospective Managers of Security who have successfully undertaken required recruitment processes.

Delivery will consider of a total of six (6) instances of the program which will be of 10 days duration, comprising 7 days of facilitation and 3 days of designated assessment activities. 

It is expected that program delivery for this cohort will be at postgraduate level and include the following key delivery areas:

• Emotional Intelligence and self-management

• Change Management

• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

• Strategic Thinking and Forward Planning

• Negotiation and media

• Performance Management and

• Finance

Scope of services will include consultation to contextualise training for the cohort identified above, facilitation, assessment and evaluation of program.

Providers should be able to demonstrate breadth of experience and diversity of proposed program facilitators (minimum 3), with past experiences in delivery of similar programs at postgraduate level.  A pathway from the above program to a higher-level qualification should be provided within proposal.

Tender Briefing Session:

A Briefing Session will be held on the 19th of January 2023 from 11:00AM – 12:00PM via MS Teams (link to be provided before the session).

Attendance at this briefing session is strongly recommended to minimise the extent of subsequent clarification. The details and a record of the questions and answers from the briefing session will be communicated through Procurement Central Message Board.
