Supply, installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Air Cooled, Heat Pump type Roof Top air conditioning unit plant, and the modifications and additions to the existing ductwork and mixed air plenum , ceiling and cassette fan coil units

Removal of Air cooled split type air conditioning systems.

Modify the existing Rung Ladder adjacent to the existing Roof Top air conditioning unit. So that full access to the air filter plenum and air filters can be achieved.

Provision of 415 volt, 50 hz, 3 phase Power supply to the New Air Conditioning units. The contractor shall determine the adequacy of the existing power supply to the new units.
