Head Consultant will design & document the refurbishment of the holding cell complex at Central Courts. The Head consultant will be required to liaise with key stakeholders, develop a functional brief, carry out site investigations, prepare a conservation management plan, develop concept design, complete DA & section 60 of Heritage Act, design & document, provide working drawings & tender documentation & provide advise during the construction stage. The proposed refurbishment include holding cells, observation room, van dock, staff amenities area, meal room & OIC office
