Tender Details

The Office seeks to engage a supplier to deliver the GambleAware Legal Education and Engagement Program (the Program), working with stakeholders in each GambleAware region, including GambleAware Providers, community legal services, legal aid and other legal providers at a regional level.

The Program will educate GambleAware providers about common legal issues people experiencing gambling harm face, how to navigate the legal system to support and refer clients and establish relationships with legal providers in their region. It will also raise awareness amongst legal providers such as Legal Aid, community legal centres and pro-bono firms in each region about gambling and gambling harm, and how it can be a cause of legal issues facing a client.
