SNSW and NSW Treasury want to understand the outcomes and impacts of the SBFCR program and to ensure that any insights and lessons learned are captured to inform the development of future programs, through an independent evaluation. The final output of the evaluation will be a report which forms a view on the questions set out in the Terms of Reference, based on an analysis of the available evidence.
