As part of the Mentally Healthy Workplaces Strategy to 2022, a supplier is required to deliver the Direct practical coaching service to NSW businesses, with less than 200 workers and not for profit businesses of any size, from 1 September 2021 to 30 June 2022.
Coaches will provide business leaders with one on one practical coaching, tailored support and the tools they need to take action toward creating a mentally healthy workplace.
