Tender Details

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to appoint suitably qualified and capable vendors to supply Information and Communication Technology (ICT) End User Devices and Services that meet the requirements of the NSW Government.

Respondents may provide an offer to supply either Lot 1 or Lot 2 goods and services, or both; and may provide for one or more of the following commercial options to purchase Lot 1 and Lot 2 goods and services:

·       Direct purchase (required for all devices)

·       Device-as-a-Service (Daas)

·       Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

The preference of the Principal is for all Deliverables and Services to be procured directly from the original supplier of such Services and Deliverables (OEM’s). The Principal may consider, at its absolute discretion, alternate proposed contracting arrangements but notes that the terms of the ICT Services Scheme and PBD-2021-02 (Mandated use of ICT Purchasing Framework) apply. Accordingly, the Principal expects that any reseller arrangements proposed by respondents will provide that: (a) a single contract applies to the Customer for the procurement of all of the Deliverables and Services; (b) the terms of that single contract are the terms of the ICTA; and (c) the ‘Supplier’ under the ICTAwill be fully liable and responsible for the provision of all Deliverables and Services on the terms of the ICTA,
