Customer Service / Recruitment Assessment Services and Technologies - PAC/14107

The Department of Customer Service (DCS) was established on 1 July 2019 and delivers value by making or enabling sustained improvements to services in NSW. There are more than 30 agencies, entities and business units in our department. DCS People & Culture undertake recruitment across a wide range of job types and receives a large volume of applications (over 120,000 over the last 12 months) across the department. In the last 12 months, DCS People & Culture spent over $570,000 in Recruitment Assessments services and Video Interviewing technology. Noting this does not include bespoke assessments solutions and assessment centre.

Our objective is to partner with suppliers that are innovative, can adhere to the Department's privacy and data security policies and to comply with the assessment requirements of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 and subordinate legislation (GSE).

The RFP contains four modules that are listed below;

• Module 1 – Recruitment Assessments
• Module 2 – Video Interviewing Technology
• Module 3 – Assessment Centre Solutions
• Module 4 – Bespoke Assessments

Prospective suppliers can submit a response for one, two, three or all modules.

Successful suppliers will sign Head Agreement for inclusion into an approved DCS panel of vendors, pre-qualified under the NSW Government Talent Acquisition Scheme. Over a 3-year period, DCS can approach the pre-qualified vendors for requirements-based quotes including access best-fit recruitment assessments, video interviewing and bespoke assessment centre services, using the pricing models established under the Head Agreement.

• Tender is limited to suppliers who are registered on the Talent Aquisition Scheme (SCM0012).
• Addendums will be published on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week.
• Respondent Briefing is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 6th of December 2022. Please register your interest in participating via email to the Contact Officer three (3) days prior to briefing date.

• The Procurement (Enforceable Procurement Provisions) Direction 2019 applies to this procurement

• A government agency may conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding the procurement

• Tender is limited to prequailified suppliers who are registered on the Talent Aquisition Scheme (SCM0012).
