Tender Details

The Works:

The engagement is for work on Building W (old Marcus Clarke Building) at the Sydney Institute’s Ultimo Campus. The work includes the preparation of the Schematic Design and Documentation (Trade packages) for the proposed refurbishment of part levels 1, 5,and 6, the upgrade of services and building elements to comply with BCA for the whole building and the structural upgrade of the whole building to meet current earthquake codes for existing buildings. Delivery will be by Construction Management under the control of a Construction Manager. Documentation will be for approximately 15 trade packages under the direction of the Construction Manager.

The Consultancy is to include the services of a Primary Consultant and the provision and co-ordination of all necessary sub-consultant services.

  • Perumal Pedavoli Pty Ltd, Ultimo
  • Suters Architects Pty Ltd, Pyrmont
