The existing cowling and ridge vent air intakes are to be removed and replaced with roof sheet/insulation, adapt the existing roof at ridge to be oversheeted, advise scope of re-sheeting roof and walls where painting only is required, specify painting scope and products, gutter and downpipe system is to replace existing bull nosed edge sheet.
Design steelwork and associated works to allow existing roof line to be realigned to accommodate gutter downpipe system, stormwater is to use ground surface area as per existing drainage, sheet over existing air grills/hoods, allow for repairs to the internal surface to match existing, maximise insulation properties of building during design considerations.
