Tying the whole office component together, pre-finished steel louvres or panels wrap the offices on the Eastern and Western ends which is reinforced at the roof by the use of the same material for the perforated shade canopy.
The south facade has a combination of clear vision glass above a glazed spandrel with a contrasting low sheen black anodised aluminium to the steel louvres and panelling for the amenities and elevator shafts. The proposal is to maintain the smoothness of the core at ground level by the use of a black stone, eliminating issues of denting and scratching at pedestrian level.
The north Facade is high performance glass above a glazed spandrel with external sunshades.
A Mandatory tender meeting will be held two weeks after tender is released.
