The services required in this engagement are:
Construction of wastewater transportation system including (but not limited to) the following:
wet well pumping stations at WwPSs B1, B3 and B4;
two (2) identical variable speed submersible sewage pumps (one (1) duty and one (1) stand-by) for each wet well WwPS;
pipework, valves, gauges etc for all pumping stations;
switchrooms to house pumping station SCAs;
pump SCAs, for all pumping stations;
ventilation equipment for the electrical switchrooms;
air-conditioning equipment for the electrical switchrooms;
supply of a complete set of long handle pressure key gatic lifters at WwPSs B3 and B4;
incoming power supplies from the point of attachment to the power supply network;
ancillary works associated with site services, including electrical services, potable water supply, drainage, lighting, fencing and site rehabilitation;
access roads;
new sections of transfer mains and connections to the existing transfer mains;
new transfer main across the existing bridge for WwPS B4 transfer main augmentation;
new pressure gravity sections for all WwPSs transfer mains;
connection to the gravity reticulation system;
maintain existing system in operation;
telemetry;
completion of any design not completed;
any ancillary work required for a complete operating system;
decommissioning of existing WwPSs B1, B3 and B4, conversion of the existing pump well for WwPS B1 to a manhole and demolition of all other redundant infrastructure for the existing WwPSs;
Documentation including designs, Environmental Management Plan, OHS&R plans, WAE drawings, QA documentation and Operations and Maintenance Manuals for the works;
Providing video records of construction;
Testing, demonstration and commissioning of works; and
Training of Shoalhaven Water operators.
A A Mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Monday 12 February, 2007 at Shoalhaven City Council offices, Deering Street, ULLADALA.
Only those companies that attend the meeting will be eligible to submit a tender.
NON attendance will make responses invalid from non-attending companies.
