NOTE - This is Selective tender.
Completely remove all toilets, cubicle partitions, partition doors toilet roll holders in the toilet area (Block B & F - girls & boys). Supply and install a new electronic urinal flushing device, new push button type taps, new vitreous china toilet pans, dual flush cisterns and single flap toilet seat in all cubicles. Supply and install new 50x50 ceramic floor tiles & 150x150 ceramic wall tiles to all toilets. Supply and install new terrazzo toilet partitions with solid core timber doors including all hardware's. Replace existing lights with new vandal proof type, new toilet roll holders, soap dispenser & stainless steel mirrors. Clean down, prepare and paint all previous painted surfaces.
