Commissioning works, including services extensions, connections and diversions, retaining wall, landscaping and paving, stair egress, balustrades and handrails and enclosure of underfloor area, to a manufactured modular Library building ("MDR" - supplied and installed on piers by others). Carpet and vinyl floor finishes and final painting are also required to the MDR.
