NOTE - This is Selective tender.
The project involves the diversion of overland stormwater flow generated from upstream properties to mitigate flood damage to an existing multi-unit Dept of Housing development located at 21-27 Wattle St, West Ryde.
The diversion of the overland flow will require the construction of brick diversion walls, amendments to the existing surface drainage systems and installation of additional stormwater pumps to an existing basement drainage system.
Scope of works measures are noted within drawings SW01 and SW02.

Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $50,001 and $100,000.
